The best restaurant furniture, well appointed tables having completely laid down covers and a dedicated Bar unit provides the perfect setting for on-the-job training.
Fully spacious Basic, Advanced and Bulk Kitchens give students, the latest workstations for honing their food production skills. The kitchens are well loaded with light to heavy equipments required.
Specially designed bakery section with vast space and commercial OTGs and microwaves are provided for this important and integral part of the Food Production syllabus.
House Keeping Lab
An exclusive area has been dedicated to a junior Suite with bath, the sitting area has amenities like television etc. while he room is well furnished to emulate a hotel suit and the bathroom is fitted with up-market accessories.
